If your Wildlings don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a request.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
